Fulfilment area
We currently fulfil orders domestically within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery timeframes
Most UK orders arrive within 7 days after processing via our courier partners. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier network conditions outside our control.
Free priority shipping
Orders totalling £299.99 GBP or more (before any applicable taxes) qualify for free priority shipping automatically at checkout. Orders below this threshold are charged standard shipping at the rate shown at checkout.
Packaging
All items are packaged discreetly. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate insulation and, where required, cold-chain packaging to help preserve product integrity in transit.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued once your order has been dispatched. If tracking shows no movement for several business days, please contact support so we can look into it with the courier.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact support with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will investigate and work toward a resolution.
